Jason Wilson, who runs the Cave of Adullam Transformational Training Academy (CATTA) in Detroit, Michigan, has a new book titled 'Cry Like a Man: Fighting for Freedom from Emotional Incarceration'. We discuss the lynching of Jason's grandfather, the murder of his brother, his mothers battles with depression and how generational trauma in the black community has misconstrued masculinity. We also discuss CATTA and why Jason left a successful music production career in the 90's--making records for the likes of Kurupt, The Dogg Pound, and Redman--to pursue a life dedicated to saving boys through faith and martial arts.
